Introduction of production line 　 Cutting Division Firstly, we will inspect the materials once arrived our factory. After that, we will send them to the Cutting Division. Then we will arrange the correct knife mould to cut the materials. Lastly, we will send it to the Inspection Area for the final inspection. 　 　 　 　 Stitching Division After getting the inspected pieces from Cutting Division, we will stitch all parts of the shoes together. Once we finished the stitching, we will send it to the Inspection Area for final inspection.   　 　 　 Lasting & Packing Division We will arrange the inspected upper in pairs to the Lasting Division. We put the stitching upper and outsole together by using the correct Last, Glue/ chemical elements and machines. It usually take about 10 - 20 minutes to the whole process, it depends on how complicated of the styles. After finish the shoes, PACKING is the last procedure for production and it is very important.  　 　 　 Individual QA Team After finished all the goods and packaging, we have the QA to follow the AQL and inspect the sealed cartons randomly.
